We have partnered with authorised courier services to deliver within India. Please provide your complete shipping address at checkout, including the pin code and a mobile number to contact you if needed. This will help us to deliver your order on time.
First of all, we check the quality of our products before handing the product to delivery partners. If a faulty product is delivered to you by any chance, email us at [email protected] with the proof of your purchase, the issue faced and relevant pictures. At Synq.Fit, we have empaneled engineers across India trained to install and assemble the bike at your home. The empanelment team will contact you within 24 hours of your Synq.Fit bike delivery to book a time slot convenient for you. This service is free of charge.
You can purchase our maintenance package for your Synq.Fit Pro/ Synq.Fit Bike. The annual package costs Rs. 4999/ annum and covers two maintenance services in a year. To avail this service, kindly email us at [email protected]
Yes, you can workout with your favourite instructor by using appropriate filters and choosing their classes from the content library option.
