Refund and Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging. Further, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the same. We will also notify you whether your request for a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you received an email from us approving your refund request but haven't received your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the email, kindly double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted. Contact your bank next as it usually takes time to process a refund. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; unfortunately, sale items are not. However, if you have received a damaged/ defective product, we will try to exchange the product for you.
